HAKI's produktansvar og monteringsinstruktioner gælder kun for konstruktioner, der indeholder komponenter, som er fremstillet og leveret af HAKI. Da der findes flere eksempler på HAKI-systemet på markedet, er det almindeligt at blande komponenter fra disse. I sådanne tilfælde er det brugerens ansvar at kontrollere konstruktionens samling (hvilken belastningsklasse der skal anvendes). Den komponent, der er defineret med den laveste kapacitet, er afgørende for fastlæggelsen af konstruktionens belastningsklasse.
